What You’ll Achieve

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities. You will understand business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives.

You Will

  • Produce accurate maintenance quotes for our customers.
  • Liaise with the Dell EMC Renewal Sales organization to ensure seamless quote workflow.
  • Serve as the facilitator to the internal sales booking team to ensure that booked Purchase Orders are compliant.
  • Provide a detailed view of customers’ product portfolio by ensuring configurations are accurate through different internal systems.
  • Manage contract activity for Renewal Sales including upgrades, de-installation and modify and maintain the integrity of the database.

Essential Requirements
