About The Role

  • Responsible for a small-mid size territory with well-defined role under readily available supervision from senior sales rep or sales manager
  • Deliver personal goal (Volume, MS, etc.) by representing the company and selling its products and services in an assigned territory with general supervision day-to-day
  • Ensures customer satisfaction including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns
  • Take planned action to achieve sales objectives in the middle of sales activity based on monthly drive cycle
  • Collect market information such as consumer/outlet trends upon request
  • Implement sales driver opportunities where necessary for customers
  • Build & maintain effective business relationship with key customers based on mutual business objective
  • Provide brand building information on Diageo’s brands to customers

Experience Required/Skills/Capabilities

  • University degree
  • MS Office skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge in using various tools for sales
  • Experience in consumer goods sales is a plus
