저는 한가정의 부모로 저의 아들이 작년 2011년 9월 중순경 필리핀으로 배낭여행떠난후 현재까지 소식이 없습니다.

도착지는 마닐라 공항입니다.  그러나 현재 까지 10개월이 다되도록 제 아들은(홍석동) 아직까지 죽었는지 살았는지 생사를 모르고 있습니다. 부모입장에서 속이타고 제대로 잠도잘수 없습니다. 그러나 국내 방송사및 언론사의 도움으로 현지 필리핀으로 제 아내와 동행하여 추적결과 실제 범인 일당도 밝혀 졌고 일부는 현재 검거되어 필리핀 교도소및 한국 교도소에 수감되었고

더구나 납치 감금 장소까지 밝혀졌으나 귀국의 까다로운 법절차에 의하여 우리 경찰 영사는 귀국의 눈치만 보구 있습니다.

물론 각 국가별 법은 있으나 아들을 잃은 부모 심정에서 범인 검거 및 제 아들을 찾는데 신속한 수사가 진행되도록 필리핀 대통령각하및 귀국의 정부 관료께서는 신속한 수사가 진행되도록 나머지 범인 검거및 제아들 찾는데 노력해 줄것을 부탁드리며 현재 납치 감금 장소를 빠른 시일내에 수색하여 증거인멸 되지 않도록 부탁드리며 제아들 찾는데 도움을 주셨으면 하는 바람입니다.

대통령각하 다시한번 진심으로 부탁 드립니다, 자식을 잃은 부모의 심정을 십분이해하시여 조속히 납치감금장소를 수색하도록 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
