Responsibilities: 
  • Work in a dynamic call center environment.
  • Answer inbound customer calls and effectively respond to to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicates with customer in accordance with the standards set by the client.
  • Translate documents from Korean to English or vice-versa.
  • Provide excellent customer service using Korean Language.


Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Korean
