RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bilingual Analyst's main responsibility is to interface with clients and customers to provide assistance in technical support, customer service, financial transactions, sales verifications, travel inquiries or other functions such as HR or back office roles. Interaction with customer may be via phone, e-mail or web chat.

The position offers a competitive salary package which includes the basic salary with non-taxable allowance plus a language premium. Compensation may range from the minimum of Php30,000 up to more than Php70,000depending on the candidate's qualifications, experiences and language proficiency exam results.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or any 2-year vocational, technical or diploma course(*plus 
BPO exp. if vocational course graduate.)
2. Required Language(s): KOREAN and English - MUST BE FLUENT in written and oral.
3. With 6 months to 3 years of work experience in any industry preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Willing to work on a night shift or cyclical shifting schedule.
5. Willing to be assigned in area in METRO MANILA.
