Position:              Korean technical support

Location:              EASTWOOD CITY

SALARY:               P 70,000- 100,000.00

Requirements:

- Native Koreans

- Can speak read and write Korean

- Willing to work in Eastwood

- Strong IT related background (Technical Support Rep)

- DAY SHIFT

Responsibilities:

-          Handle inbound phone

-          Answer inquiries thru email, chat and phone calls

-          Help clients to do some basic trouble shooting

-          Provide excellent customer service
