Need Korean Business Partner for English School in Philippines

Good day

We are a Language School in the Philippines who caters English as Second Language or ESL : tutor for kids, teenagers, and adults.
We are centered based school with 10 Internet Ready Computers available for On-Line Tutorial or Center Based Teaching. We have pool of English Instructors who could also Speaks Hangul  for this reason communication would be more effective for Korean natives to understand and comprehend English language more easily.

 We are currently looking for a business partner

Basically, the manager will: 

- find and bring more clients 
- call existing clients (for feedbacks and follow ups) 
- receive payments from clients 
- transfer payment to the Philippines 
- improve and update the homepage 
- will control the business in Korea
I will be in charge here in the Philippines. No need to find teachers and materials for I have lots of them. I have children's book, business english, conversation english, basic grammar, reading books, etc.
