• Proven skills in troubleshooting and resolving problems with a large scale IT systems 
• Proficient at initial triage of calls and issue routing 
• Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, Web/Internet and File Management 
• Excellent telephone manner plus oral and written communication 
• Experience of using calling logging software 
• Experience of the financial industry 
• Excellent English Communication Skillls 
• Fluent in Korean 
• Can read/ write Korean Characters
