Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and answer questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
  • Educate callers on client processes whenever necessary
  • Document all calls with regards to caller’s inquiries accurately using Call Tracking System.
  • Provide quality customer service on every call.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with participants
  • Performs other tasks as required.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
