Position:                             Korean Client service associate

Location:                              Taguig

Shift:                     Days shift (9 AM – 6 PM)

Requirements:

 

  1. Can speak, read and write Korean
  2. Korean native
  3. Female and Single
  4. From 20 – 45 years old
  5. Willing to work in Taguig
  6. Has at least 1 year working experience
  7. Has sense of responsibility

 

Responsibilities:

 


1. Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, online chat etc. 

2. Research, prioritize and resolve customer issues in timely and accurate fashion. 

3. Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference. 

4. Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance. 

5. Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion. 

6. Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
