Qualifications:

 

  1. Korean native
  2. Has fluency in English and in Korean
  3. Can communicate well
  4. Can work in day shift account
  5. Female
  6. Single
  7. Not more than 45 years  old

 

Responsibilities:

 

Answer customer inquiries concerning services, products, billing etc. 

Maintain broad knowledge of company products and services. 

Manage and log all the customer calls and e-mails. 

Build long-term relationship with customers for new business development opportunities. 

Participate in business development program to support company’s professional growth as well as to provide quality services to customers. 

Perform clerical duties like photocopying, operating FAX machine, data entry and general book-keeping as and when needed. 

Assist in preparing an annual performance and development work plan with quarterly goals to support professional and personal growth.
