Requirements:

  1. Can speak, read and write Korean
  2. Native Korean
  3. Female Korean
  4. From 20- 40 years old
  5. With at least 1 year experience
  6. Single

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • This position will provide thorough and accurate response to customer’s requests or inquiries received via phone and email. The Customer Service agent will communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner while maintaining established service quality guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of GiftCertificates.com products and systems.
  • Give the best experience possible to our customers.  You will be our first point of contact for customers responding to a range of customer issues, including but not limited to:
    • Assisting customer with order placement, gather and verifying customer information, redemption of Super Certificate Rewards, order status, merchant inquiries and general questions and inquiries.
  • The Customer Service Agent will also be responsible for outbound calls as needed and special projects as assigned.
