Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction details, statements and fees and charges
  • Takes emergency calls from the Korean client
  • Provide assistance to Korean speaking customer
  • Inquiries on internet services

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Male or female
  • Native Korean
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
  • Willing to work in Taguig
  • Can work on Day shift
