Provide professional service and support for all customers • Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible • Meet/ exceed agreed quality assurance (QA), productivity standards and backlog management of the team. Adhere to Department policy, best practice guidelines and procedures

5. Has CSR experience in Korean account (Advantage)

6. Has experience driving in Korea or in the Philippines (Advantage)

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Daily contact with Korean customers

2. Handles Korean speaking customers’ questions and clarifications

3. Takes emergency calls from Korean speakers

4. Resolve Korean customer’s problems regarding their automobile

5. Provide customer assistance in case of emergency

6. Assist customers regarding their problems

Location:              Makati

Salary:                   50,000 – 60,000

 

Requirements

  • • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules • At least 18 years old • At least 2 years college/vocational course • Excellent in English language • Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays and weekend • Native/near native Mandarin speaker
  • • Manage customer's travel reservations • Make sure to cover customer's travel needs • Proactively suggest ideas (place, activities, etc.) to customers
