Position:              Korean for Travel account

Location:              Makati and Taguig and Quezon City

Shift:                day Shift/ Shifting schedules

Salary:             Makati – 60,000.00 / Taguig: 70,000.00

Start of work:  March 03, 2014

Requirements:

  1. Speak, read and write Korean
  2. Has Customer service background
  3. Willing to work in QC, Makati and in Taguig

 

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enters customer orders in Shop Works as well as utilizing the Shop Works system to analyse customer’s situations to provide excellent customer service.

2. Answer the phone promptly and assists customer or transfers to appropriate person or department. Greets incoming customers with friendly, helpful attitude.

3. Corresponds with production departments to facilitate customer requests
