o   Native or Non Native Korean

o   Can speak, read and write Korean

o   Must be willing to work in Taguig City

o   With CSR Experience

o   Must be willing to work in Taguig

o   Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule

o   Understand clients’ needs through effective listening and questioning

o   Must be polite, courteous, professional & assertive

o        Assist Korean clients

o        Can work under pressure

o        Computer competent
