Requirements:

 

Korean native

Willing to work in BGC, Makati or QC

Has working experience

College graduate with Bachelor’s degree

Can start ASAP

Able to handle luxurious and popular accounts

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.      Assist clients in their concerns

2.      Willing to work in shifting schedules

3.      Has responsibilities in assisting customers

4.      Receive inbound calls from participants with regards Retirement Plans

5.      Answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

6.      Document all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System.

7.      Monitor Call Tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
