Responsibilities:

  • Receive emergency calls form Koreans
  • Help customers resolve problems regarding their luxury cars
  • Answer queries from Korean customers

 

Requirements:

  • Native Korean
  • Can speak, read and write Korean
  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Female and Male Korean speakers
  • Has CSR experience in Korean account (Advantage)
  • Has experience driving in Korea or in the Philippines (Advantage)
