Responsibilities


1. Daily contact with Korean customers
2. Handles Korean speaking customers’ questions and clarifications
3. Takes emergency calls from Korean speakers
4. Resolve Korean customer’s problems regarding their automobile
5. Provide customer assistance in case of emergency
6. Assist customers regarding their problems

Requirements

1. Native Korean
2. Can speak, read and write Korean
3. Fluency in Korean and English
4. Female and Male Korean speakers
5. Has CSR experience in Korean account (Advantage)
6. Has experience driving in Korea or in the Philippines (Advantage)
