Position: Korean Technical Support Representative

Location: Taguig

Salary: P 70,000-85,000

Requirements:
Native
With Technical/IT background
Can speak, read and write Korean

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to Korean People.
Provide support for IT related problems.

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and email clients.

Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
