NO NEED EXPERIENCE OR BACKGROUND

Tasks:

Servicing the Client’s customer needs for car reservations, information, cross-selling, upselling, and support via phone & email and also includes internal work on computer queues for the following desks:
1. Enquiries leading to bookings.
2. Enquiries on existing bookings.
3. Post-rental enquiries.
4. Management of unconfirmed bookings.
