Job Description:

-          Answer calls from Korean customers

-          Attend to customer’s concerns

-          Attend to customer’s concerns that may have some technical issues

 

Job Requirements:

-          Can read and write Korean Language

-          With at least 2 years background in IT support

-          Can communicate in English

-          Willing to be trained
