Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) customer service support experience (voice, email or chat), experience working with direct consumers, either B2C or B2B environment
  • Handled a financial account is a plus
  • Speaks their native language
•Technically capable – trouble shooting personal devices (pc, smart phone, tablets; willing to be trained), online downloads, transactions, applications, software & hardware issues

Salary: 

• Basic Salary – Php50,000.00
• Language Premium – Php50,000.00
• Total: P100,000 + Signing Bonus, Night Differential Pay, Accident/Incident Insurance, Attendance Incentives
• Salary every 10th and 15th of the month
