Shift: Shifting Schedule

Tasks and Responsibilities:

-          Acting as social Media Representative (Provide customer service through online media by posting or commenting to the customers inquiries about the company’s services) in Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Instagram, etc.

-          Focus is to answer messages or comments and will not involve answering calls.

-          Will most likely provide information and will not be handling complaints by the customers

Job Requirements:

-          Fluent in reading and writing Korean Language

-          Can communicate in English

-          Must be open for customer service job

-          Can be trained
