Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers inquiries and concerns regarding Healthcare issues or medical information
- Responsible for providing information or educating the callers about healthcare or medical concerns
- Responsible for documentation of the customer interaction (Calls and Emails)
- Do customer service summary report
Requirements:
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
- Able to handle Korean customers
- Preferably with healthcare experience but not a requirement
- Nursing/Medical graduate is a BIG PLUS
