An established software company in Manila that builds out e-gaming solutions for their clients is actively looking to add a Program Manager, Senior Software Engineers to our team. For these positions you will be playing a critical part in the development. Ideal candidates will be very strong with Java, Asp, .Net, Php. The most important part is that who is fluent in Korean and English.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Mangement/leadership experience in software development
  • Experience with production level code using Java, Asp, .Net, Php
  • A record of successful delivery of software as an individual, a team leader and/or development manager
  • Proven understanding of software development life cycle
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Strong leadership, project management skills, time management and problem solving skills
  • Proven experience as Agile coach and Scrum Master
  • Possess a deep understanding of the engineering process, digital systems, computer networks and architectures, object-oriented design and development, real-time systems, continuous integration systems, revision control and source code control systems, bug tracking systems, integrated development environments and graphical user interfaces
  • The ability to build strong teams, build trust, and manage diverse learning and work styles
  • Clear understanding of the distinction between problem and solution spaces and knowledge of the management and design synthesis processes that bridge them
  • Willingness to dive into software environments and deep technical issues
  • Strong communication skills
  • Possess a valid passport for frequent travel to the Philippines

Must pass a general and criminal background check.
