Position: Korean Helpdesk

Salary: Negotiable

Location: BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to Korean customers/clients

• Handling issues and concerns through phone, email, and/or chat

• Identifying solutions to customer concerns and providing appropriate action

• Escalation to responsible departments

 

Requirements:

• Korean based in the Philippines (preferably on Travel or Permanent Visa)

• Fluent in English

• Has background in IT / Technical Support

• Background in customer service is not required but an advantage

• Preferably Female applicants (Male are welcome to apply)

• Can work in shifting schedules, in Taguig, and start working immediately
