Requirements:

• Native Korean

• Fluent in English

• At least high school graduate

• Preferably with customer service experience but not required

• Must be willing to work in Quezon City on Shifting Schedules

 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Korean clients and customers regarding Airline Services and products

• Handling phone calls, emails, and chat messages

• Escalating concerns to appropriate departments
