Position:              Korean Customer Service Representative

Location:              Quezon City

Salary:                P 76,000 - 80,000 Gross

Schedule:            Shifting

 

Requirements:

• Korean living in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• At least high school graduate

• Preferably with background in customer service but not required

• Must be technically knowledgeable

• Background in automotive is an advantage but not required

• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules

 

Tasks:

• Providing quality customer service to Korean customers and clients

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages

• Resolve customer conflicts and issues

• Assist in marketing programs through phone calls
