Duties:
Answering emails from customers warmly and ascertain problem
Tracking orders and interceding where necessary
Assist customers with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges thru emails
Advise on company information
Respond and Follow up on all Request/Inquires via email
Perform Administrative duties such as shipping product
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered thru email.
