Position:              Korean Business Analyst

Location:              Makati City

Salary:                Negotiable

Schedule:            Fixed Day Shift

 

Requirements:

• Korean in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Holder

• Preferably with background in any of the following:

Customer Service, Finance, Commercial, Sales, and/or Marketing

• Preferably with knowledge in Sales Support, Billing, and HPO OTC Processes

• Must be willing to work in Makati City

 

Tasks:

• Handles pricing set up and administration

• In charge of producing, monitoring, reviewing, and maintaining contracts from Korea

• Handling inquiries and pricing concerns (quotation, escalation and billings)

• Controlling and maintenance of Korean master data, making sure they are managed and accurate

• Price escalation and adjustments

• Coordinate with Revenue team
