Responsibilities

 

  • Our CSR provides effective customer service for all internal and external clients by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and programs.
  • Our CSR provides timely and accurate information to our clients’ queries and product information requests, at the same time provides timely feedback to Nacoma Services, Inc. regarding service failure and other customer concerns.
  • Process customer transactions according to established department policies and procedures; and
  • Other duties and functions that are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.
