Job Details.
 Sous chef must be familiar with food safety rules and restaurant health standards.
 Sous chef must understand all aspects of the executive chef’s job, which includes non-           cooking tasks, such as ordering food and supplies and managing employees for work.

 A true passion for Korean traditional food is a requirement for the Sous chef.
 Excellent understanding of Korean cooking methods, ingredients and procedures.
 maintaing inventory of the food and ingredients.
 Sous chef should be trained under the guidance of the Executive chef.
 During 1-2month, you may receive training in Korea.
