Position:              Korean Technical Helpdesk

Location:             Taguig City

Salary:                 P 70,000 Gross

Schedule:            Open to Shifting (2 Days Off)

 

Requirements:

• Korean living in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• At least College level: Preferably IT-related courses

• Background in Customer service or Technical Support is an advantage

• Must be willing to work in Taguig on Shifting Schedules

 

Tasks:

• Providing Technical support to Korean customers / clients

• Make sure concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner

• Provide efficient desktop support
