Position:              Korean Customer Service Representative for Top Line Hotel Account

Location:             Quezon City

Schedule:            Shifting Schedule

 

Requirements:

• Korean living in the Philippines

• Must be fluent in English

• Graduate of any course, fresh graduate, and undergraduates are welcome to apply

• Background / experience in customer service is an advantage but not required

• Must be willing to work in Quezon City on shifting schedules (Including weekends and Holidays)

 

Tasks:

• Gather and verify customer information and profile

• Manage concerns and inquiries

• Provide customer support through phone calls, chat, and email

• Make sure all hotel concerns are attended to in a timely and appropriate manner
