According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, classes in all levels in public schools, and work in all government offices in the following regions are suspended tomorrow upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council: -Region 1 (Ilocos Region) -Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) -Region 3 (Central Luzon) -Region IV-A (Calabarzon) -Region IV-B (Mimaropa) -Region V (Bicol Region) -Cordillera Administrative Region -National Capital Region The cities of Manila, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Parañaque, Pasig, already announced earlier the suspension of classes in all levels, including private schools. Cavite, on the other hand, announced that classes in all levels are suspended until Saturday, Nov. 14. Meanwhile, Malacañang said that agencies whose functions involve delivery of basic and health services, disaster response and preparedness, and other vital services shall continue their operations tomorrow.
