yes, but how do you consider if it's made right or not? coz in bread, you would know if it's done right or wrong.
Kimchi has many different tastes: salty, hot (due to red chili peppers), sour (produced by fermentation), sweet (from pickled fish paste), and other special flavors formed by diverse vegetables. It also has a texture when you chew it that differs from raw vegetables.

nung totoo ayaw ko parin mga isda pasokin sa kimchi.

tapos nung kilala mo ng kimchi basta poro baguio pechay (di ko alam spelling sorry) pero kahit anong gulay kayang kaya gamitin para sa kimchi. alimbawa may kimchi na labanos o lettuce, leek.
