세계1차 대전이 끝난 1918년 11월11일 11시 영국, 캐나다, 호주는 매해 11월11일을 Remembrance Day 로 기념하며 전쟁에 참전했던 참전용사들을 추모합니다. 올해는 리맴버스 즉 영국은 포피 데이 poppy day 라고 하는데 포피 데이 기념 100주년이 되기도 합니다. 그들을 잊지 않겠습니다. 기본 행사는 11월14일 일요일에 진행이 됩니다. This year's Poppy Appeal has been launched by the Royal British Legion charity - and it's celebrating its 100th year. 11th November will see a demonstration of national thanksgiving for the inheritance granted to us by the sacrifice of millions of lives. We will never forget those who volunteered to fight, endured horrendous conditions, showed tremendous bravery, suffered physically and mentally on their return and many who paid the ultimate sacrifice and did not come home.
