- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Diplomatic and negotiaton skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations

- Response the phone with clients
- Arrangement for meeting
- Education for Asian Student
- Organisation for office work
- Keeping the relationship with clients by phone, mail
- Presentation for seminars
