The Active Low Pressure Area (ALPA) East of Mindanao has developed into a Tropical Depression and was named "RAMON". Location of Center:
(as of 10:00 a.m.)600 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur
Coordinates:7.6°N, 132.2°EStrength:Maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center
Movement:Forecast to move West at 15 kph

Forecast Positions/Outlook:Tuesday morning:
300 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur
Wednesday morning:
60 km East Southeast of Surigao City
Thuesday morning:
in the vicinity of Iloilo City
  		Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 20 mm per hour (moderate to heavy) within the 200 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.

The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 11 PM today.
