WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Handles all members queries/complaints via live chats, emails, Skype, MSN, Yahoo Messenger and other company communication tools in the specific area or market or language coverage professionally;
  2. Performs telemarketing or call to establish good relationship with existing and new members;
  3. Promotes products and provide quality services to achieve market dominance;
  4. Identify clients with specific needs and forward their concerns to the appropriate department, supervisor or manager.
  5. Monitor members reactions and competitors activities thru daily/weekly reports and submit to immediate superior;
  6. Assist the marketing team to disseminate promotion information, persuade members to participate and encourage higher activities via live chats / phone or email communication process;
  7. Assist the SEO / Forum / Marketing Leaders to post forum threads, monitor and report competitors' threads, response positively to negative image forums threads, create blogs, social networking, post news, tips and article and promote company services.
  8. Does all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

WHAT YOU NEED

  1. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma / Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): MS Office.
  3. Good communication, typing and verbal skills
  4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the service field or gaming industry.
  5. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  6. Preferably 1-4 Years experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  7. Strong written and spoken abilities in any of these language groupings: English, (English + Chinese) (Vietnamese +English or Chinese) ( Bahasa Indonesia + English or Chinese) (Thai + English or Chinese)
  8. Full-Time positions.
  9. Able to work on shifts.
