Shift: Shifting Schedules

Requirements

- should be able to speak, read and write KOREAN

- Call center experience not required

- must be willing to be trained

Responsibilities:

-          Needs to provide excellent assistance to clients via phone, chat and email

-          Help customers by providing information to answer their queries
