Korean Bilingual CSRS
Salary 50-75k Location: Makati City.
Responsibilities:
o Our CSR provides effective customer service for all internal and external clients by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and programs.
o Our CSR provides timely and accurate information to our clients’ queries and product information requests, at the same time provides timely feedback to Nacoma Services, Inc. regarding service failure and other customer concerns.
o Process customer transactions according to established department policies and procedures; and
o Other duties and functions that are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): Korean, English. Excellent in both oral and written
Strong attention to details
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong self motivator
Must be Filipino citizen or hold relevant resident status
Willing to work periodic shifts including graveyard, holidays and weekends.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
