Position:         5 Korean Customer Service Associate

Location:        Mandaluyong City

Salary:             P 70,000.00 (Negotiable)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional service and support for all customers
  • Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain advanced working knowledge of all customer service processes
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Gather and use customer feedback to identify and resolve issues

 Requirements:

  • Native or non-Native Korean
  • Can speak, read and write Korean
  • Able to start ASAP
  • With Customer service experience
  • Without customer service experience
  • Willing to start ASAP
