Position:                              10 Korean CSR (hiring)

Location:                             Shaw , Mandaluyong City

Salary:                                  P 70,000.00 and above (Negotiable)

 

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must be able to speak, read and write Korean
  • Native Korean
  • Non-native Korean
  • 20- 45 years old (Male or female)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Handles calls from Korean clients
  • Handles Korean account
  • Takes calls from Korean customers living around the world
  • Handles calls regarding faults of building equipment
  • Answers requests of clients regarding facilities support
  • Handles requests for orders of the following:

Cleaning requests, Key Requests, Drain Blockages and others
