Korean Technical help desk (Day Shift)

Location:                    TAGUIG

Salary:                         Negotiable

Willing to start ASAP

 

Responsibilities:

- Day to day support of all our customers in global locations with majority of support to the Korean speaking customers
- Telephone and remote support of our global customers
- Knowledge share and updates amongst the team to ensure all team members have the latest information on all ongoing issues

 

 

Requirements:

 

Qualifications:

- Experience of working in a helpdesk environment and a general knowledge of IT is preferred
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills along with the ability to remain calm under pressure & work in a concise, clear focused manner are necessary
- Multitasking skills
- Fluency in English and Korean is essential
