Requirements:

 

o   Native or Non Native Korean

o   Can speak, read and write Korean

o   With experience in IT

o   With IT Background

o   Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong

 

Qualifications:

 

o        Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in every step of problem resolution.

o        Ensure communications with the customer as they troubleshoot the reported problem.

o        Understand customers’ needs through effective listening and questioning

o        Knows how to deal with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively

o        Knows how to match customers’ needs to Clients’ products and services.

o        Must have an excellent customer service and problem solving skills
