Requirements:

 

  1. Korean (Native or non-native)
  2. Living in the Philippines
  3. Proficiency in Korean
  4. Can speak, read and write Korean
  5. Willing to work in QC
  6. Willing to work in dayshift

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Mentor of Customer Care Specialists as needed in conjunction with Team Leads and SVP, Customer Care.
  2. Use discretion and independent judgment when interacting with customers to provide
  3. Assistance and advice as needed.
  4. Responsible to ensure that the customer receives an adequate level of service with each

concern or request.
