  • Experience in call center is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle calls over the phone.
  • They are expected to follow rules and regulation with the account.
  • Must meet excellent customer service satisfaction.
  • They received requests into the Centre primarily via phone calls.
  • Monitor and update customes file if necessary all the time.
