• at least 18 years old   
• at least 2 years college/vocational course       
• Excellent in English language
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays and weekend           
• Native/Near native speaker

• Can speak, read and write Korean
• With/without CSR Experience
• Must be willing to work in Makati

• Understand customers’ needs through effective listening and questioning

• Must have an excellent customer service and problem solving skills
